About Clay Modelling Courses
Participants will learn how to block in a portrait, how to grow forms from the inside-out, how to ensure accuracy and likeness in their work and how to resolve and render form. They will learn how to model/sculpt a portrait sculpture using terracotta clay. They will develop a sense of the underlying structure of the head and neck.
Learning Objectives:
● Understanding of Full Figure
● Body Structure
● Hands & Feet
● Movement & Poses
● Face Structure
Fees:. 12,000 including all materials
Material: 8 kg Terracotta Clay and a toolkit will be delivered to your home.
Time:2 hours, 2 days a week, for 4 weeks.
Participants will have created a full form of a human figure with understanding of body movement and a portrait of a human head.
